Our Return / Refund Policy 

• You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to return an item.
• You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to submit refund request .
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
• Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with item tags.
• The item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.
• You must also submit proof of date received.
• You must write the reason for the return / refund.
• You can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
